Avoca Villa Guest House is conveniently situated near the main shopping centre. The beach and main bus terminus are within easy walking distance.

Keys are provided for bedrooms and the front door, and guests have access to their rooms at all times. There is a pleasant dining room and a comfortable TV lounge.

The Avoca Villa has 7 very comfortable rooms...

2 double rooms en-suite

3 family rooms with double bed and single bed en-suite

2 single rooms basic

All rooms have a TV and tea & coffee making facilities.
Full Fire Certificate Held.
Travel & holiday insurance can be arranged with us
Coach Tours, taxis and car hire arranged as requested.

Avoca Villa is under the personal supervision of the resident proprietors Mr & Mrs G. Paradiso, who will do their utmost to assure you of a happy holiday.

N.B. It would be appreciated if guests would kindly notify us of their time of arrival.

Meals: A full English breakfast is served at 8.30am

Children under 12 half the adult rate sharing with 2 adults. Deposit of first night's payment within 10 days is necessary to secure accommodation. Cheques to be cleared 7 days before Departure. All major credit cards accepted. Cancellation forefeits deposit. Where possible bookings are accepted for any day of the week.
