T his charming hotel stands within delightful gardens snuggled attractively in a tranquil setting in the heart of the 'Green Lane Parish' of St Peter.

Retaining the character and architectural features of its origins,circa 1674, one experiences the unique atmosphere and intimacy of a small country house of that period.

Guests receive a warm welcome, friendly and unpretentious hospitality coupled with caring happy attention throughout their stay.

Swimming pool & Gardens

A more relaxing way to spend the day is to make for the heated swimming pool set within the lovely award winning gardens, affording the more energetic the opportunity to work off the excesses of good living or relax on a comfortable lounger bed about the poolside.

Incidentally the patios around the pool and hotel offer the opportunity to dine al fresco during the summer months.

Lounge & Bar

The two comfortable lounges one of which, The Beaumont Room is non-smoking.


It is always a pleasure to dine in the delightful, elegant air-conditioned (non-smoking) Restaurant which offers imaginative daily table d'hôte and a la carte menus which are essentially British with a Continental influence, our chef selecting only the finest quality produce, with the accent on fresh
local seafood specialities expertly prepared and beautifully presented for your delight.


Each of the 25 comfortable bedrooms have traditionally styled decor enhanced with fine furniture blending the character of the past with the comfort of the present creating a 'cottagey' atmosphere of life in an English Country Home. They are all en suite with bath and shower, hair dryer, trouser press, central heating, direct dial telephone and satellite T.V. (some are ground floor rooms)

Guests are invited to book Half Board at a reduced supplement of £19.50 +10% per person per day for a four course table d'hote dinner and is available only at this price if pre-booked at the time of room reservation. We regret that refunds are not made for meals not taken.

There is no supplement for the reservation of a single room, However, if a double room is offered to you for single occupancy an additional charge may be requested purely dependant upon the seasonal demand.

If your children share your accommodation they will be charged 25% of the adult rate if under two years of age and 50% if under fourteen years of age.

A suite overlooking the swimming pool and garden is available at an additional cost of £10.00 per night per adult.

A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to secure a reservation and all major credit cards are accepted.

Ground floor rooms are available.

As an additional service to our guests we are able to organise all inclusive holidays on your behalf by sea or air and also arrange car hire.
