All residents have use of the hotel facilities, which include bar, breakfast room, garden and heated pool, during the holiday season. All the accommodation is recently refurbished and includes bathroom, kitchenette (with microwave, two electric rings, fridge etc), independently controlled electric heating, door entry phone, TV/satellite and telephone (charged at 30p per unit). Also provided are bed linen, towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. There is a token-operated residents' laundry and a cycle park for your convenience. Some car-parking space is also available, if required, at £15 per week. There is a permanent resident manager.

Each studio is a dual-purpose room for both living and sleeping. There is no SEPARATE bedroom. All bathrooms contain a shower, wash-basin and toilet and most of them also have a bath as well as a shower. Some of the kitchenettes are in a separate room attached to the studio, whilst others form an integral part of the studio. Bedrooms are serviced at least once weekly

Room charges start from £70 per week for rooms without cooking facilities and £135 per room per week (plus electricity @ 13p per KW unit) for single studio accommodation and from £160 per couple per week (plus electricity) for double studio accommodation. These charges, which include the hot water supply, are payable weekly in advance, with a week's notice of intended departure normally required.

The Sarum does not keep a waiting list, so it is recommended that reservations should be requested shortly before your intended arrival in Jersey. A completed accommodation application form and two weeks deposit is required in advance of arrival. Further accommodation (under the same management) is available, from time to time, at GRAHAM HOUSE in St Helier.
